Shipping policy
We ship all orders from our warehouse in India.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed and packed within 24 hours on working days (Mon–Sat).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time

Metro & nearby cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Other locations / remote areas: 4–8 working days after dispatch
- Delivery time may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather or festival seasons.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- From time to time we may offer free shipping above a certain order value as part of a promo or offer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected pincodes and products.
- For COD orders, a small COD handling fee may be added (shown at checkout).
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp update with your tracking link.
- You can use this link anytime to check the live status of your parcel.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If the parcel is not accepted or no one is available, it may be returned to us.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
- If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please: Take clear photos/video of the parcel and product, and Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll review the issue and help with a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Replacement policy.
