Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our warehouse in India.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and packed within 24 hours on working days (Mon–Sat).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Time

  • Metro & nearby cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Other locations / remote areas: 4–8 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery time may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather or festival seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
  • From time to time we may offer free shipping above a certain order value as part of a promo or offer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes and products.
  • For COD orders, a small COD handling fee may be added (shown at checkout).
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp update with your tracking link.
  • You can use this link anytime to check the live status of your parcel.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the parcel is not accepted or no one is available, it may be returned to us.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please: Take clear photos/video of the parcel and product, and Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
    We’ll review the issue and help with a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Replacement policy.
