Refund policy

• We offer 7-day easy replacement for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

• To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video.

• Replacements are approved for issues like:

– Damaged product

– Wrong item received

– Missing item

• Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (unused).

• If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

• Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, dislike of color, or minor variations.

• For COD returns, refund will be processed to your bank account / UPI ID once the item reaches us.

• We handle the pickup of defective items through our courier partner.

• In rare cases where pickup is unavailable, we may request a self-ship with courier receipt.
